Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were oddly shaped, with a hallway between the bathroom and bedroom area, providing some extra space and privacy. They were very clean and beautifully appointed with gorgeous views of either the lake or Chicago River. The hotel offered a range of amenities, including an abundance of cardio and weight machines, dumbbells, and refreshing Granny Smith apples, lemon, and cucumber water. However, there were some service issues, as we were told 'there is nothing we can do' and given the wrong email address for reservations or management complaints, though some staff members, like Nikki at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. The location was convenient to downtown attractions and the metro systems, with easy access to the river for a cruise. The dining options were a bit overpriced and not impressive, while the facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean with stunning views of the skyline and Lake Michigan, including the Navy Pier ferris wheel. The location was excellent for exploring Downtown Chicago and offered breathtaking views of Lake Michigan. While the dining was great, albeit a little overpriced, and the staff was accommodating and helpful.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, providing an unobstructed view of Navy Pier. The service was exceptional, with Nicole and Mel going above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special. The location was perfect, offering easy access to central Chicago attractions and great dining options. However, the dining prices were a bit on the higher side.
